hi there,
you must install drivers for xp if you installed xp
and not vista drivers
roll back to restore points and use link
below from official ilenovo website and download drivers;
https://support.lenovo.com/fr/en/?brandind=10&familyind=430813&machineind=436052&modelind=461432&operatingsystemind=53385&template=%2Fproductselection%2Flandingpages%2FdownloadsDriversLandingPage.vm&validate=true
