Ctrl alt delete wont work

Hello,
I cannot access my computer. When i press Ctrl ALt Delete nothing changes. I went into safe mode and it was the same there. I have tried a different keyboard and it still wont allow me to access my pc. Any ideas anybody?? :)

hi there,

boot from installation cd

and make a system repair

or system restore the pc to a date it worked fine

INSTALL OS IN C/ NOT IN D/ USE OLD VERSION XP BECOZ CANNOT REPORMAT BECOZ HAVE ERROR IF UR WINDOW 7 TRY TO REPORMAT OLD VERSION OF XP
AND THEN REPORMAT AGAIN IN WINDOW 7 THATS FIX IT
