samsung star cannot copy videos to ext memryClosed

Hello,
I cannot copy videos to external memory in samsung star. It copies to internal memory and I have to manually move it to ext memory, hence cannot copy anything more than 100 mb though I've 4gb card. This happens only with videos, able to copy music and images to ext memory without any prblm. Please help.

Hello ... you can change the settings to save teh files directly to the memory card...
Go to Settings>> memory settings >> default memory>> select bluetooth>> set the memory as external memory...

This is the default way to transfer data to your phone by bluetooth,

I will advise you to connect your phone to your computer, 

Use the samsung software PC studio which will allows you to transfer data directly to your memory card

guys i have the PC Studio and still can't copy any files direct to the ext memory... help me guys....
