Tune ipod to a new i tunes

Hello,i had tuned my i pod and the i phone to a i tunes on windows notebook ,and now would like to tune the 2 to a i tunes on a macbook , how do i do this ?

I think it is simple as connecting the iphone or the ipod to the mac book and then follow the instructions.
