Hello, I have a window vista which keeps crashing down on me by showing the blue screen of death on my monitor when I plug in my ipod. When my iTunes comes up my comptuer crashes down on me. It all started to happen when I restored it a few weeks ago. Now I have no songs or videos on my ipod. I need to know how I can stop my computer from crashing down like this and why is it doint it in the first place.
I've tried to solve exactly the same problem for a very very long time, to the point that I was just about to destroy my PC and run over my iPod touch:) Try deleting all "Saved photos" on your iPod. All the best. Paul
i did delete all of the saved photos on my i pod touch and it then worked...... thank you very much
i suppose that that is a glitch apple should fix it
