Hello, my name is alex and i have a question what can be the reason that when i turn on my loptop after i get the windows xp logo it goes black creen and then i can see any thing alse. if you could tell me what can be some of the posibilities why this happend i would apresiated.

Hello Sir,

Your windows Xp system files may have been corrupted or damaged,

Please repair your Windows System, you will need the Windows XP installation disc, 

Boot your computer using the disc and just select the repair option
