Problem with downloading

Hello,
look when i'm about to download windows live messenger i press the buttom download and then a windows open .. and tell me that i don't have a cnx :S .! but i rlly do .. and even i tried many links and it's the same.. but the problem is that i can download another programs.. can any1 help?
