Personal Anti virus

Hello,

Everything I have tried everything and my computer will not uninstall Personal Anti Virus. All these downloads you all mention want money. The "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Uninstall\PersonalAV\Uninstall.lnk" does nothing in the "Run" box, nothing at all. I have done it manually and it says "can not delete" but I did manage to get it off the tool bar so it doesn't bug me. It will not, however, leave the program list in the Start menu.

Any other suggestions?
