Hello Prabhanjan,
This command is used when you are working in Windows, but you are not able to access a storage device. I mean, when it gives you the write-protection error or when you seem to be not entered in privileged mode with administrator rights. Some of the storage devices which this command applies to are:
- disk drives
- pen drives
- SD cards
