Not able to hear the sound in headset

Hello,

am not able to hear the sound in my headset in, while my speakers are functioning well.
I want both are functioning at the same time.
I have connected the headset in the front panel and speakers at the back.
Please help me out to digest the problem.

Dear sir,

This is not possible, either you listen using your handset or the speakers

You can't listen on the 2 devices at the same time
