cant format my SD card Closed

Hello,
My 2gb micro SD card wont format. Everytime i try to format it, it says an error occurs. Whats wrong?

hi there,

if you have a cell phone or a device that will take the card 

then you put the card in that device and use it to format the card. 

Once that is done you should be able to use the computer to format it again if you need to
