Hello,
I need desperate help my ACER Aspire 9300 got shutdown at switch by my kid and now i get a 'Windows error recovery' page telling me it was shut down incorrectly etc, do i want to start in safe mode, start windows normally etc.
When i try to start in any of those modes all i then get is a black screen but i can see the arrow curser and move it around the screen?
I have unplugged, removed the powerpack got rid of residual charge etc but none of that has effected it in anyway.
Am stuck, any ideas anyone?
