I reseted my computer to factory setting now

Hello,
i need help with this ive rest my computer after it completley crashed so i put the disk in and reset it and ive managed to get the internet up after a long struggle but i did it and i need some help with this because it says in the sounds and audio devices NO AUDIO DEVICES and the volume setting and the speeker settings are greyed out and when i go onto the hardwear i have no idea which one im ment to pick and im lost so if any one can help me i would be greatfull
