Limewire transfer

Hello, my windows pc gave up on me but I backed up all my music from limewire on a dvd but its in the limewire music file and not on itunes. How can I take that music from limewire music folder and transfer it to itunes for mac? Please help

Hello Sir,

just copy the music from the DVD on your hard drive,

Then Use itunes to send all the music to your ipod
