need multimedia audio controller Closed

Hello,
i think it's a big problem to my PC...
i format my PC to remove virus after that there is no sound in my PC
i want multimedia audio controller.
that's for Intel(R)82801G ICH7 audio driver.
and also tell me the process of downloading & installing it.
it must have to work properly after installation.

plz plz help me.
and one more in device manager there is yellow not mark at multimedia audio controller.
there was at first YAMAHA DS1 WDM sound driver in my  pc 
i make it uninstall & remove.
