unable to format the laptop Closed

Hello,

My laptop is not getting formated well...i was installed the window vista when it was working..right now it showing blue screen error.i treid to formate through dos..but laptop is accessing only window 98..what is thee problem..it also showing that u dont have enough memory..but in bois it showing whole capaciti..

give solution pls..

Hello Sir,

To install Windows XP on your laptop you will have to change the SATA mode or Serial ATA configuration to IDE

Then you will be able to use Windows XP

Acess your BIOS to change the sata configurations

reboot from installation cd
