Pen drive not detected in my computer

Hello,
My pen drive was not detected in mycomputer , when i insert the pen drive it shows the pendrive icon in the taskbar but i can't able to see it in my computer.... I can't able to format it too....(through cmd too)

Hello Sir,

Try connecting it to another computer and format it then plug it again to your machine,
