Xp instalation problem

Hello,
I tried to downgrade my o/s from VISTA to XP on my notebook hp Pavilion DV3 series , but when i'm trying to do the same i'm getting the below error, I had checked with HP total care they are not giving me a proper solution,
Also in BIOS option SATA native is not appearing. Can any one help me in this regards

dear friend,

there are 2 reasons for these error, either your RAM is damaged (due to dust on ur RAM) OR there is virus in your boot sector.

to clean virus u need to have any virus scanner bootable CD (like Kaspersky, Quickheal)
