KEYBOARD ISSUE

Hello,
Toshiba laptop, spilled juice on keyboard. \ actin like it is stuck, cleaned keybooard, that did not work. replaced laptop keyboard that did not work...Any ideas? Thinking I might need to replace mother board(yikes)...

I don't have insurance. I know spills are super hard to diagnose....
