this sounds like a broken or disconnected hard disk. You could try removing and then replacing the cables that connect to the hard disk. Unplug the computer power cord 1st. Sometimes as the computer ages the connections will degrade and stop working. It's a long shot but sometimes it works.
If the hard disk has failed - then you will need to replace it and reinstall Windows

In BIOS it says hard disk is not installed. Primary IDE not installed. Primary slave not installed. Secondary -NEC NR-7700A Secondary slave not installed
