Hello, i have norton installed on my laptop but it seems to have let a trojan virsus in preventing me from connecting to the net please could you help me

Hello Sir,

All you will have to do is to restore your system,

to do this please try these steps:

Press Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools ----> System Restore Open it and then select a date when you we not infected then 

press next 

Let the process to be done 

Restart your machine normally 

This will solve the problem
