Hiya,

I'm on Windows Live Messenger all day...but then sometimes all of a sudden, I get logged off but can't log back on...it seems like there is a time block thing on it...HELP!!!....I have done the troubleshoot thing and it says everything is ok and I have even tried repairing it when everything is fine nothing...please someone give me the right answer or at least some advise.

Dear Kerry,

try to log in on a hotmail website,

https://outlook.live.com/owa/

If this works means your account is okay,

Then you will have to uninstall Windows Live Messenger and re-install again
