My pendrive is not working my system only ..

Hello,
My pen drive is not visible in my system after connected..... i checked it divice manager and fragment manager also but not working...but its works well in all other system... brand name is "IBALL" but all other all usb drive is working properly.... but wen i check in my friend system it shows an virus name "katara.exe" can any one solve my problem
