MOZILLA PROBLEM

Hello,



My name is satish.I have a PC with Windows XP SP2.I am unable to open Mozilla.When i try to open it is showing Mozilla is already started,you need to Restart to your PC.When I Restarted the PC same message is showing and Yahoomail is also not opening.please tell me solution for this Problem as soon as posible.

Dear Sir,

There must be a problem with mozilla,

Please uninstall mozilla from the Control Panel > Add&Remove Programs Options

Then download the latest version

Click here:

https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/

Install it and try using it
