Samsung black SGH i607 wifi connection

Hello,
I have samsung black jack version SGH i607. It does has blue tooth. I am using ATT mobile service. I want connect my cell phone to WIFI hot spots. I read here some of persons mentioned that wifi connectivity can be made via bluetooth to cell phone. I want use my cell phone for skype or yahoo voice service. I am tired of finding micro sd wifi card. Can any one advice to me get connected my cell phone to internet via WIFI or via computer. Thanks you guys lot.
