Hello,
My laptop is a Dell M1530. It is connected to a wireless modem in my home network, but it cannot connect to the internet. It says that Windows cannot connect to the internet. When I check my network adapters under the control panel, the adapter that is: Microsoft ISATAP adapter #2 is not working. It says: This device is not working properly because windows annot load the drivers required for the device (code 31). Please help me find a solution!!

Hi,



I would advice your to re-install completely your wireless device.


Also make sure that you have the correct internet configuration on your computer.
