Connecting my dell to my sony

Hello,

I am trying to connect my dell laptop to my sony tv using an s-video cable. nothing is happening, when I press Fn+f8 nothing happens. My tv does not recognize any attached device...any suggestions???

Hello Sir,

To transfer your desktop content on your tv,

Go to your Graphic Properties,

Right Click on your desktop and then select Graphic Properties

On Display Devices options,

You will see your tv,

Select it and press Apply

Then you will see the desktop appear on your tv
