Im Jerome,i totally forget my e-mail address and my password but now i need it back the problem is i dont know what to do

If you forgot your email address and password,

Just contact your mail service support

Explain the problem to them and give all your personal details,

They will soon respond to you

someone hacked my email and am 100% sure of that and i realy need it because there are very important informations and pictures in it.
may you please help me ?
