Fomulas for attendance report

Hello,

I hv to prepare attendance for each employee alongwith their leaves. Now the problem is am unable to put the formulas as per the given details :-

Present Days = 25
Holidays = 6

Leaves Earned = 2
Leaves Applied = 4
Paid Leave = 2 (Lvs Earned)
Loss of Pay = unable to give the formula
Balance Leaves = Unable to give the formula

Kindly help me to solve this problem.
