Need some programe where i can have the detai

Hello,
i have a all data of 150 employees ,like name,designation,mobile no,dob,doj,Address,Extn No. and others.
i have created on office access and i need some programe where i can have the details easily .
example if i type any one detail of any employee i can veaw his or her full data in a box.
