Software installed in c drice not working pro

Hello,
When I switch on my computer, error " cannot run 16 bit windows application .Drop one or two windows application" is occuring and softwares installed at c drive is not working properly showing error"package not loaded properly" is there. Kindly help.

Hye , can you give more information regarding what programs does not work? Just in case, did you scan with an up to date antivirus recently?
