Sony ericsson mobile phone w350i

Hello,
i have a sony ericsson w350i mobile phone and did a master reset and lost all my contacts and data i've contacted vodafone and they said they can give me a print out of some contacts that i've used over the 4 months or so. but i seen to have lost my internet connection, when i do try to connect it displays NO HOST plus i really need to get information that was stored on the mobile previously. Can any one Help
