Why does my pc shut off without warning

Hello,
why does my PC shut off without warning if i play pc games and watch videos.
Please help me i dont know what to do...

Dear Sir,

This is because your power settings are wrong, it's shutting down the computer when windows is inactive,

Please change the power settings:

1. Right click desktop
2. Properties
3. Screen Saver
4. Power
5. Change your settings

Then Restart your computer
