SD Memory Card Wont Read in Camera/Laptop

Hello,
I cannot read my SD Memory Card in my Digital Camera or laptop. There are photos which i need of sentimental value. Please let me know if there is any possible way of recovering these photos. I dont care about the memory card never working again but just need to find a way of getting these photos.
