Svchost.exe-application error

Hello,
i have a problem regarding svchost.exe-application error
the error is the instruction at "0x7c910a19" referenced memory at "0x00000000".the memory could not "read" and displays ok to teminate & cancel to debugg
and my system is going to struck .how can i resolve this pls help me
