Monitor,keyboard and mouse dont work

Hello,
i'm having problems my monitor keyboard and mouse,computer comes on can hear fans running but nothing else works. Have nothing else plugged into the cpu but the monitor,keyboard and mouse and nothing works, please help

do you get display on the monitor?

have you tried changing the graphic card?
