System gets restarted often with beep sound

Hello,
My system is IBM thinkcenter.System gets booted normally and works well but after some time it get restarted automatically. When restarted it gives a long beep sound and winwows xp loading is shown but the next sec it stops with a black screen and again it gets restarted. PLz help me What is the problem with my system.

HArd disk is 40gb
ram think its 512
