How connect iphon 16 gb via laptop

Hello,
i have a iphon 3g 16 gb but i can not connect to internet via lop top could you please help me and send the instraction of how connect this,

You just have to use a software to do this if you are using windows,

Downlad iphoneModem here:

Install the software and follow the instructions here:
