Want to download torrent faster

Hello,
I have a BSNL internet broadband connection and my server shows me the 100.00 MBPS speed. The surfing is fast too the page will opens in secs. but when i download any game or software by torrents that will be a mind blasting experience to me because the downloading speed came down to 15 to 25 kbps. i have used bittorrent, utorrent, bitcomet, vuze, bitlord, limewire, but the speed is still 15 to 25. i have take many suggestions and configure bittorrent clients and using bearflix ez booster, boostmachine, greedy torrents and bitcomet accelerator but the problem is still standing so please give a final suggestion to speed up my torrent downloading speed.
