WINDOWS STARTUP IS SLOW Closed

Question

Hello,
Some days ago i have connected my hardisk(SEAGATE) to my friend's hard disk in p3 computer(I have P4 pc)and copy data and all... then my pc becomes very slow i.e STARTUP IS VERY VERY SLOW than before i have formatted by pc(c: drive) 2 times.After Formatting i CHCKE DISK,DEFRAGMENT,REGISRTY CLEAN,SCAN(kaspersky) but still same problem is there.Can u please tell me what should i do.

Dear Sir,

If you have partitions on the hard drive just delete and re create the partitions

Then this will solve this problem

Thanx 4 ur reply, but i just want to tell i have some files in those partitions so i cant delete that.It is better if u give me some new tricks
Note:Today i Format again N its taking 30 seconds to load startup
 can u give some tricks which makes it 2 open in just 3 or 4 seconds.
