Need for speed fails to start

Hello,
My need for speed game says that pls re enter the registration code properly. can any one help me.

Dear Sir,

You just have to use the key which is marked at the back of the Disc case!

Then it will run properly

i have downloaded need for speed undercover from the net , i could not find any images of the dics case or the registration key so can u please suggest me what to do?
