Pc ask username password immediately

Hello,
my PC ask for user-name password immediately i start my PC although i haven't set any user name password.i cant break the log in window all i have to do is to format my PC. i have windows xp professional wid p4

Dear Sir,

I think somebody played with your computer and set an access restrictions with password!!
