My laptop is Siemense Windows Vista I have formatted it to Windows XP and since then it doesn't have sound. I have tried to re-install the drivers and utilities disk that came with the laptop but it doesn't work. I also tried to format it back to Vista but the disk doesn't work also because when it was with Vista everything was working properly. Now media player is not operating so can you please help me to solve this problem. Please note my laptop doesn't have e-mail.
Recently i have facing same issue like you, My laptop is running WinXP and suddenly i don't what happening my sound device loss. I already search many way to repair it still fail. If you have WinXP Sound device for laptop, can you email to me.
