Ipod is not detected by computer

Hello,
My ipod won't connect to my computer. I got a new laptop and transferred the itunes and everything. I can see my songs that I have and all and i can buy songs. I tried to go to portable devices and find it but nothing about Ipods was there. I have a Ipod Nano 2nd Generation.

My computer doesn't recognize my new iPod Touch 32GB. Others have expressed similar problems, but I have not yet read a clear answer to the problem with my model iPod.

Look forward to your response. The problem has become frustrating.

Have you try to unplug and plug it again ?
