my computer wont go any farther than startup Closed

Hello,
can some 1 tell me  what i have to do to go farther the the start up it say repair problem but when i do it says we caantfix it!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Sir,

I think that some of your system files is missing or damaged!

It's may be due to some infections... i will advise you to recover windows, 

You will need the Windows Vista recovery disc to do this,
