I CANT ACCESS TO SOME FOLDERS IN EXTERNAL HD

Hello,
I HVE A EXTERNAL HARD DISK SPACE OF 300GB DEVIDED TO 4 PARTITION
I CANT ACCESS TO SYSTEM VOLUME INFORMATION FOLDERS ON THAT EXTERNAL HARD DISK
ALSO WHEN I FORMAT ONE DRIVE ON THAT EXTERNAL HARD DISK THE SYSTEM VOLUM INFORMATION REMAIN WITH A SPACE OF 65MB I CANT ACCESS TO THAT FOLDER
ALSO THERE IS A VIRUS SOMETHING LIKE .VRMS AND NODE32 DNT CLEAN THAT ALL ALWAYS STILL REMAINING

hi there,

go to disk management and format it from there

right click on my computer >manage

then disk management
