Hi there,
I had hotmail messenger on and then one morning I turned on my computer it wanted me to down load windows live messenger version. It did not give me the option to say no !!!!!!! so I down loaded it but when you click on the envelope to open your mail it does not open it so you have to go then to msn page and click on hotmail. My last messenger opened the mail so can you help.
