Pay as you go laptop wireless access?

Hello,
I have a Toshiba laptop, Time-Warner cable/internet/phone package, and Verizon wireless service. I don't need internet access away from home on a regular basis, maybe once a week for max 4 hours at a time. Is there a pay as I go option I can use?

they will provide you the process steps
