Window root 32 is missing, re-installed file

Hello,
my computer screen turn black, window root ,hll dll is missing, they told me to re-intalled the filed because window can't come up, i can't do anything at all, i try to use recovery system but it stop at 335, but there is an another recovery system i can used but is very destructive, i want to know if i can use it bcause i don't want to use my i tunes songs and logitec camera pictures in my computer, please, help, thank u,
