DELL laptop problem

Hello,
my delllaptop show message " The device in the system modular bay cannot be identified. It may not be completely inserted or may have some other problem." What is the reason for it

Hello Sir,

The modular bay device means your DVD drive/writer!

So please check if it's correctly connected!

And do not forget to check if it is detected in your BIOS settings
